I champion people to stretch their belief in what is possible and build confidence to work in new ways. I coach by supporting people to clarify their thinking and develop creative solutions by seeing old problems in new ways. I support individuals, teams, boards, and whole organizations to increase their impact by:

I deeply understand the dynamics of the social sector because I’ve worn many hats: executive, grantee, funder, board member, strategy consultant, industry analyst, program evaluator, and civil servant. I’ve supported organizations at all stages and sizes: established and emerging, thriving and struggling.   I thrive in emerging issue areas and times of change, such as organizational pivots, special projects and start ups.
